Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
Generate leads, meet customers, and conduct product presentations.
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer insights.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth order execution.
Negotiate and close deals with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and address client issues promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
Proven 3+ years of experience as Sales Executive / Sales Manager.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in
adhesive, construction material, building products, FMCG, or similar industry
preferred (customizable).
Ability to lead a team and manage field activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel.
