Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's HVAC solutions and Cold Room/Cold Storage products. The role involves field sales, technical understanding, client meetings, and achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation



Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC and Cold Room Storage segments. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and online platforms. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Meetings & Product Presentation



Visit customers such as contractors, builders, hotels, industries, food processing units, warehouses, etc. Present HVAC solutions (VRF, Duct able AC, Chillers, Split AC) and Cold Room Storage systems. Provide technical explanations with support from engineering/design teams. Conduct site surveys to understand client requirements.

3. Quotation & Negotiation



Coordinate with the estimation and technical team for accurate quotations. Present proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. Follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed orders.

4. Sales Target Achievement



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain high conversion ratios and client satisfaction.

5. Coordination & Documentation



Coordinate with the project, service, and installation teams for smooth execution of orders. Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records. Assist in preparing tenders, agreements, and technical documentation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Technical Diploma preferred but not mandatory). 1-5 years of experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Cold Room sales (freshers with strong interest may also apply). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts of HVAC & refrigeration systems. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation. Willingness to travel for client visits and site surveys.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
