Core responsibilities



Team leadership and development:

Hire, train, and motivate sales representatives, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve performance.

Strategy and planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales goals, and create promotional campaigns.

Performance management:

Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and provide regular performance reviews and reports.

Sales process management:

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and managing customer relationships.

Market analysis:

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Administrative duties:

Manage budgets, forecast sales, maintain customer records using CRM software, and negotiate contracts.
Key skills and qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role or sales leadership position. Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required
(MBA) with 1 year Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
