Role Overview:



The CRM & Sales Manager will play a critical role in managing the company's internal CRM system, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and converting them into successful sales. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-centric, target-driven, and passionate about the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update customer data within the CRM platform. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Follow up with generated leads and nurture them through the sales process. Understand client needs and recommend suitable travel solutions. Provide detailed information on travel products, packages, and services. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's revenue goals. Prepare and send quotations and travel itineraries to clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth booking and post-sales support. Maintain accurate and timely reports of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales, GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) ,customer service, or CRM-related role (experience in the travel industry is an advantage). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Experience using CRM tools or sales management systems. Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and visa processes is a plus.
