Your mission is to
increase corporate accounts, OEM tie-ups, and recurring e-waste procurement volumes
while maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients across
corporates, IT companies, OEMs, manufacturing units, industrial parks, IT parks, banks, and data centers
.
Build healthy pipelines using cold calling, field visits, networking, references, LinkedIn and corporate associations.
Pitch services:
e-waste recycling, ITAD, secure data destruction, reverse logistics, CSR/EPR support
.
Set meetings with procurement heads, sustainability teams, IT heads, admin, facility managers and plant heads.
Conduct
site audits and asset evaluations
to provide accurate quotes to clients.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and close high-value contracts.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure
repeat supply and long-term partnerships
.
Maintain records in CRM and report weekly on field activities, opportunities and competition.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and procurement targets.

Education
