Job Overview:



We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Manager to lead and execute sales initiatives for premium landscaping solutions and FRP planter products. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects, managing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-value project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through exhibitions, B2B platforms, networking, and digital channels. Approach and engage architects, interior designers, contractors, and premium residential/commercial clients. Follow up on leads from social media, exhibitions, referrals, and internal databases. Maintain a structured pipeline of qualified prospects.

Sales Execution & Conversion



Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored product or service proposals. Share catalogues, pricing details, design samples, and relevant information. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM or Excel trackers regularly.

Client Relationship Management



Address client queries professionally and ensure timely coordination with internal teams. Oversee the delivery, site coordination, and completion of client projects. Ensure strong client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Coordination & Collaboration Work closely with internal design, operations, and marketing teams to align sales activities with project execution. Participate in exhibitions, events, and industry interactions as a sales representative. Support presentation and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales. Experience in interiors, landscaping, home decor, or premium product categories is preferred. Exposure to project-based or site-based sales is an added advantage.

Skills Required:



Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions. Strong follow-up, relationship management, and closing abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple clients. Strong organizational and reporting skills.
