Role Overview

We are urgently hiring a

Sales Manager

for the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience within the

Tape / Packaging industry

, with the ability to handle end-to-end sales activities--from lead generation to client retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B leads and expand market presence within the Mumbai region. Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct client visits, understand customer requirements, and present customized product solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and customer support. Travel extensively (70% field work required) across Mumbai and nearby territories.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

4+ years of experience

in

Tape Industry / Packaging Industry

(mandatory). Proven background in

B2B Sales

, Business Development, and Lead Generation. Experience managing industrial packaging clients, large manufacturers, or corporate accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent customer relationship and account management abilities. Comfortable with extensive travel as per business requirements. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
