Required qualifications
1. Experience & Background
10 years of experience in Sales and min 5 years in real estate sales.
Experience in managing sales teams.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication (Marathi, English & Hindi) and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
High accountability, discipline in follow-ups, and structured work habits.
