Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business opportunities in the hospitality segment (Hotels/Travel/Corporate bookings/Events).
Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Manage and lead the sales team
- set targets, monitor performance, guide training, and ensure target achievement.
Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing.
Travel for client meetings, property visits, hotel onboarding, and industry events.
Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and performance updates for management.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth key account management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or related field.
3-6 years of sales experience
in the hospitality industry (hotels, travel, tourism, OTA, corporate sales, MICE, etc.).
