Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ambernath & Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring that targets and objectives are consistently achieved.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Contract Negotiation
Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Leadership
Strong background in Communication, Networking, and Consultative Selling
Knowledge of the Electrical Control Panel or similar manufacturing industry is preferred
Proficiency in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals
