Velox Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong
field sales experience
and a
background in IT solution selling
. The role involves meeting clients on-site, understanding their technology needs, and driving sales for our IT and cybersecurity product portfolio. The candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, solution demonstrations, client acquisition, and managing sales activities across regions.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to meet SME, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
Acquire new customers for IT and security-based solutions through direct sales and market visits.
Understand customer IT infrastructure challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as IT managers, CTOs, CISOs, business heads, and owners.
Manage sales cycles including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Handle B2B and B2C field sales operations to support business expansion.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for customers during field engagements.
Work closely with internal product and technical teams for solution positioning and delivery.
Maintain updated records of visits, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM tool.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-7 years of experience in
field sales
of IT solutions, cybersecurity products, software, or technology-driven services.
Strong understanding of solution selling and handling technical products.
Ability to conduct regular field travel across regions (intercity and sometimes interstate).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and structured field-selling practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
