: Pre Sales - Night Shift (Work from Office - US)

Job Overview:

Efficacy hiring experienced and result-driven Pre Sales Specialists for our US Process. This is a remote (work-from-office) opportunity for professionals having experience in US Collections, Sales or upselling, cross-selling. If you are persuasive, target-oriented, and customer-focused, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with existing customers to resolve concerns and retain business Handle cancellation or drop-off requests with effective objection handling Deliver excellent service while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Achieve monthly retention and revenue targets Document all interactions accurately in the system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues

Requirements:

Experience in Sales or upselling & cross-selling Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in rotational shifts as per region A laptop/desktop with good internet connectivity and a quiet working environment at home
