Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, and other B2B portals.
Respond promptly to new inquiries and leads generated through online portals.
Send quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients to close deals.
Maintain communication with clients through calls, emails, and messages for business development.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-up and lead conversion.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales records, inquiry logs, and client databases.
Prepare and draft business emails and quotations in clear, basic English.
Use basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, Gmail, etc.) to manage daily sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th / Graduate in any stream.
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales / portal handling.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
