Sales Manager - Resort, Events & Revenue Development

Location:

Goregaon, Mumbai

Role Overview



The Sales Manager is responsible for

driving total revenue across all Tiki Farms verticals

-- Rooms, Events, Day Experiences, and F&B.
Given the current limited room inventory, the focus is on non-linear revenue opportunities, such as

corporate off-sites, private events, weddings, and restaurant-driven promotions.



This is a hands-on, business-building role for someone who can hustle in the field, network extensively, and create business pipelines beyond traditional room sales.

Key Responsibilities



1. Revenue & Sales Strategy



Develop and implement a comprehensive

sales plan

across all business segments: Resort bookings (direct, OTA, travel agent), Weddings and private events, Corporate retreats, offsites, and day picnics, F&B and special experiences at Mai Kai Identify new revenue streams -- e.g., photo/video shoots, brand retreats, weekend festivals.

2. B2B & Corporate Partnerships



Build strong relationships with

travel agencies, corporates, event planners, and DMCs

in Mumbai & Pune. Conduct sales calls, property visits, and presentations to generate group and event bookings. Maintain a CRM database of corporate accounts and planners for repeat business.

3. OTA & Direct Sales Optimisation



Manage OTA listings (Booking.com, MMT, Agoda, etc.) with optimal rate and content strategy. Drive

direct booking growth

through website and WhatsApp channels. Coordinate promotions and packages with the Marketing Manager for seasonal campaigns.

4. Event & F&B Sales



Collaborate with F&B and Events teams to promote

Mai Kai brunches, lawn events, and day experiences

. Create attractive event packages (e.g., "Tropical Weddings at Tiki Farms" or "Corporate Day Escape"). Oversee lead handling, quotations, negotiations, and contracts.

5. Reporting & Revenue Insights



Provide weekly sales and forecast reports to management. Track leads, conversions, and segment-wise performance. Share guest feedback insights for marketing and product improvement.

Performance KPIs



Occupancy % and ADR for cottages Revenue growth from lawns, events, and Mai Kai Corporate and group booking volume Conversion rate from leads to confirmed business Repeat client ratio

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or Sales. 5-10 years' experience in hospitality sales, ideally with resorts or event-focused properties. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to generate new business through fieldwork and partnerships. Working knowledge of OTA extranets and PMS/CRM systems.

Compensation



?40,000 - ?50,000/month

Sales incentives based on revenue targets achieved across all business verticals.
