The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue for the company's projects, ensuring targets are met and high customer satisfaction is maintained.
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Target Management:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
for assigned projects.
Revenue Generation:
Drive property sales (residential and/or commercial) through effective channel partner management and direct sales activities.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to devise effective sales strategies and pricing recommendations.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Team Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team and channel partners to maximize their performance.
Performance Monitoring:
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure all team members achieve individual goals.
Workflow Management:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to booking and documentation.
3. Customer Relationship & Negotiation
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, handling high-value client negotiations and closings.
Customer Experience:
Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional service, acting as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer queries and issues.
Documentation:
Oversee the preparation and signing of agreements, ensuring compliance with
RERA
and internal policies.
4. Reporting & Compliance
Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management review.
Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement improvements to sales processes, CRM usage, and lead tracking mechanisms.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure all sales practices adhere strictly to company guidelines and all relevant
regulatory standards

Required Skill Sets
Experience:
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, preferably within the
Pune/Maharashtra real estate market
.
Leadership:
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Communication:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both
English and Marathi
.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the real estate life cycle, property laws, documentation processes, and
RERA regulations
.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or industry-specific tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-Oriented:
A highly organized and goal-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting tough targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
