satisfaction

3. Plan strategies with the operations team to

upscale service parameters, resulting in

improvement in overall service efficiency.

4. Mentor & Coach junior business

development staff, fostering a high

performance culture that helps to boost team

productivity.

5.Acquire product knowledge and market

intelligence to stay updated with the

latest variations in product offerings a c r o s s

the Adhesive industry.

6. Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and devise initiatives

for sales support, resulting in client

acquisition and improved relations with

existing customers.

7. Execute cold-calling and data-mining (KDD)

activity to maintain a fully-loaded prospect

funnel with workable leads.

Develop channels to expand professional
network by maintaining relations with

a d h e s i v e - a l l i e d i n d u s t r i e s t o

generate prospective leads.

Progression of leads from identification to
closure alongwith an emphasis on improving

l e a d - t o - c u s t o m e r c o n v e r s i o n rate.

Create impactful Power-Point presentations
and also conduct online a s well a s physical

meetings to get sample orders.

Nurture lukewarm prospects by engaging
them with social media posts and creatives

as a contribution towards increasing the Lead
