Job Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

International Sales Manager

to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and converting business opportunities from international markets, building a strong global client base, and driving revenue growth through Bright Brain's suite of digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international sales, an excellent understanding of digital marketing offerings, and a strong ability to close high-value deals with decision-makers across regions.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Bright Brain's international presence and meet revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis across global markets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Decision-Makers. Handle inbound international leads and proactively engage in outbound prospecting. Qualify leads, deliver compelling presentations, and offer customized digital marketing solutions. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, and delivery) to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution. Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and client feedback to senior management. Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance sales performance.

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably within a digital marketing or paid advertising agency. Proven track record of acquiring and managing global clients across multiple regions
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Communication Design, etc.) Proven experience in international client acquisition and B2B sales. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and proposal creation. Experience with sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and sales productivity tools.
Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (foreign language proficiency is a plus). Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to engage confidently with global decision-makers. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to diverse cultural and business environments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and relationship management.
