Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
Lead Management & Conversion:
Efficiently manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial inquiry/lead generation (through various channels like digital, brokers, events) to site visits, negotiation, and final closure.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing exceptional service and tailored property solutions.
Market & Product Expertise:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our projects, floor plans, pricing, and the competitive real estate market landscape in the region.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all sales-related documentation and customer data in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports, market feedback, and activity updates for senior management.
Site Visit Management:
Conduct professional and engaging presentations and site visits for prospective buyers, clearly articulating the value proposition of our properties.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize deals while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
1 to 2 years of professional experience
in real estate sales, business development, or a related high-value sales environment. Experience with a real estate developer is a significant advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify local language(s) required, e.g., English and Hindi].
Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Technical:
Proficiency in using
CRM software

License/Mobility:
