Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and market share targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Forecast sales volumes and manage budgets in line with business objectives.
2. Channel & Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure effective distribution coverage and stock availability in all territories.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional deals with partners.
3. Market Execution & Brand Visibility
Oversee execution of trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-store visibility programs.
Ensure implementation of planograms and merchandising standards at retail outlets.
Monitor secondary sales and ensure achievement of monthly sell-in and sell-out targets.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Prepare regular market intelligence and competitor reports.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize sales performance.
5. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives / area sales managers to meet performance targets.
Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development.
Foster a results-oriented and customer-focused team culture.
