We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager / Executive with 3-8 years in the packaging machineryindustry. The role involves dealer appointment, channel development, and driving market expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute dealer appointment strategies
Identify and onboard capable channel partners
Maintain long-term dealer relationships and conduct regular reviews
Deliver product and sales training to dealer teams
Monitor dealer KPIs and provide performance support
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns and local activations
Share dealer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related Field, Mechanical Engineering , MBA preferred
Experience:
3-8 years in sales / business development within Packaging Machinery Industry

Compensation:
