Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients in the kitchen appliances sector. This role involves managing a sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and coordinating closely with production and marketing teams to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Sales Strategy & Planning -

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Forecast sales volumes, revenue, and profitability by analyzing market trends.
Identify and target new markets, channels, and customer segments (B2B, B2C, modern trade, online platforms, etc.).
2. Team Management -

Recruit, train, and manage regional sales representatives and distributors.
Set performance targets and monitor achievement through KPIs and sales dashboards.
Motivate and mentor the team to achieve individual and group objectives.
3. Market Development -

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop relationships with retailers, dealers, architects, builders, and institutional clients.
Coordinate with marketing to plan promotions, exhibitions, and product launches.
4. Customer Relationship Management -

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Address customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Oversee negotiation and closure of large contracts or key accounts.
5. Coordination with Other Departments

Work with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Provide market feedback to R&D and product development teams for new product design and improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing department for campaigns and branding strategies.
Qualifications & Experience -

Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field .

Experience - 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in kitchen appliances, consumer durable, or home electronics manufacturing.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience managing a sales team and dealer network.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per year
