Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate or related industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Manage client interactions, including site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Working Hours: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
