Role Overview:

to join our dynamic team as
B2B Sales Managers
at The Qwerty Ink. The Sales Manager will drive business growth by offering
high-end corporate gifting solutions
,
employee engagement programs
, and
wellness solutions
to key decision-makers across industries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong
network across BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare/Pharma sectors
, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, manage pipelines efficiently, and contribute directly to business expansion goals.
You will work closely with executive directors and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless professional communication and ensure departmental KRAs are met. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM), with flexibility for client-specific meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding the assigned number of products or services sold.
Create and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring timely setup, tracking, and updates.
Generate a significant number of qualified leads each month to build a robust funnel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers across target industries.
Identify opportunities to pitch high-end gifting, employee engagement, and wellness solutions tailored to client needs.
Attend and actively participate in industry events to represent the company and create new business opportunities.
Refine sales pitches and proposals based on client feedback to improve effectiveness.
Track progress toward sales goals and maintain data hygiene on CRM systems.
Acquire and onboard new clients/partners by negotiating and finalizing agreements.
Increase the average value of deals closed by implementing effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Find, shortlist, and conduct relevant events for each brand.
Onboard F&B venues for pop-up events.
Recruit, onboard, and train individuals for Qwerty's promoter partnership & affiliate program.
Create and implement backend processes to ensure smooth operations across all brands.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
B2B Sales
, ideally in
corporate gifting, employee engagement, or wellness solutions
.
Strong understanding of
sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management
.
Established
network across BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare/Pharma
industries.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding
KPI/KRA
targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
and
G-Suite
.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proven track record in
client acquisition and account growth
.
