LogicLoom IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Manager to drive growth in our ERP and product development services, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
You'll be responsible for building client relationships, closing high-value deals, and mentoring the sales team. A background in ERP sales or experience working with manufacturing clients will be highly appreciated.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
Lead the end-to-end sales process -- from prospecting to closure.
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Guide and mentor junior sales executives.
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams for proposals and pitches.
Provide insights and regular reports to management on sales performance.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in IT / software services or ERP sales.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with manufacturing clients or an understanding of manufacturing workflows preferred.
Good understanding of ERP systems and software service offerings.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
