Participating in creating the Sales & Marketing strategy with Director based on the overall organisational objectives.
Provide necessary inputs for creating the sales budgets.
Create a ProjectWise broad sales plan and share with the Director for approval and finalization of ProjectWise target.
Participating in the ongoing meetings anchored by the marketing team to identify sales trends, promotional support required etc. based on market needs.
Prepared the annual sales plan and allocate the ProjectWise sales (revenue) targets to the team members.
Verify the brochures, floor plan with the marketing and engineering teams before project launch.
Plans for promotional activities such as participation in exhibitions, coming up with schemes etc.in consultation with Director.
Conduct periodic sales performance review with the team and take corrective actions.
Review monthly sales and marketing report with the team and publish highlights and action plan to team
Review marketing and promotional activity periodically with the marketing team (based on the impact report from onsite sales teams) and suggest corrective actions.
Review and propose rate changes at various stages of project (in case of costs escalations, changes in regulatory norms like stamp duty etc.)
Resolve customer queries that are escalated by the Sales team and CRM team.
Build rapport with existing customers and generate referral business.
Build rapport with the bankers for project loan approvals as well as customer loan sanctions.
Ensure presales teams are following the set processes and generating leads as planned through regular inbound and outbound calls
Monitor the quality of calls made and the leads generated periodically.
Set target expectation with the on-site sales team and review lead conversions periodically.
Ensure smooth coordination between other departments supported to sales activity.
Ensure the collection process is complied with and adequate follow up and actions are taken for on time recovery of dues from customers based on project progress.
Monitor Agreement Executed by the sales team
Ensure timely and fully society formation and handover of society for all project by the Possession Team
Time to time coach and train all team members on relevant role-based skills.
