We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with a strong background in metal scrap trading or alloy sales (ferro or non-ferro). The ideal candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, strong communication skills, and proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships within the metals and recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the ferro and non-ferro alloy scrap segment.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into profitable sales.
Understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and market analysis.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand the network
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Metallurgy-related field).
3+ years of experience in sales of ferro alloys, non-ferro alloys, or metal scrap (mandatory preference).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.
Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios efficiently.
Good understanding of domestic and export markets (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
