Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the travel industry, specifically in corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in client relationship management, team leadership, and business development. The candidate must also have their own conveyance for client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the travel domain.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients to close high-value deals.
Generate leads and visit corporate offices to onboard clients.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure seamless client service.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Travel, or a related field.
5-8 years of sales experience within the travel industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of corporate travel sales, MICE, and client servicing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle high-profile corporate clients.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
Must have own vehicle/conveyance.

Energetic, confident, and self-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
