Developing and implementing sales strategies for the property market to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales Recruiting, training, and mentoring real estate agents, providing them with the necessary support and guidance Setting sales goals and determining sales price and negotiations tactics Keeping up to date with real estate market trends, local area pricing, customer demands, and real estate legislation Monitoring the sales process to ensure contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner Handling buyer and seller complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally Creating sales reports and presenting them to senior management Building and maintaining relationships with property developers, contractors, lawyers, and other real estate professionals
