Monitoring the sales process to ensure contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Handling buyer and seller complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally
Creating sales reports and presenting them to senior management
Building and maintaining relationships with property developers, contractors, lawyers, and other real estate professionals
