Your Responsibilities
Achieve sales growth and meet sales targets for the product line in your assigned region.
Promote the
brand and products
within your territory through visits, presentations, and online engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers; ensure regular follow-up and excellent customer experience.
Handle customer calls, chats, and emails professionally, addressing order inquiries and technical questions.
Communicate accurate information on product details, pricing, stock availability, and promotions.
Collaborate with the
Business Development
and
Marketing
teams to execute marketing activities, branding initiatives, and events.
Conduct local
market research
, analyze trends, and share insights to support strategy development.
Participate in scientific conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and expand the customer base.
Support post-sale service, order tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
? Bachelor's degree or higher in
Life Sciences, Bioscience, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
.
? At least
3 years of sales experience
in the
biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical
industry (preferred).
? Strong communication and presentation skills in
English
(verbal and written).
? Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality with strong business acumen.
? Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
? Proficient in computer and organizational skills; confident in managing CRM and online communications.
