experienced Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and workshop partners.
Identify and expand into new markets and territories.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
Track competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in the
automotive or bike parts industry
(mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.
