Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join the Go Kite Travels and Tours team. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales, exceptional communication abilities, and a readiness to travel frequently. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the travel industry, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has a solid understanding of the tourism market.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand both corporate and individual customer bases. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event organizers, and individual travelers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships across both B2B and B2C sectors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with corporate clients while managing direct sales to individual customers through multiple channels. Create and implement targeted marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain leisure travelers. Provide personalized travel consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages. Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to booking, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years experience in sales within the travel industry, handling both B2B and B2C segments. Strong network and contacts in the travel and tourism sector is a plus. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required.
