Liaise with the digital marketing team to receive and review new leads generated from various platforms.
Collaborate with the calling team, ensuring all leads are contacted promptly and efficiently.
Track the progress of each lead from initial contact through conversion, maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Privyr, Zoho).
Share relevant WhatsApp messages, brochures, and information with leads as needed.
Demo Management & Lead Nurturing
Arrange and schedule demo sessions for prospective students, coordinating with faculty and the calling team.
Share demo links, reminders, and follow-ups with leads via WhatsApp or other communication channels.
Ensure prospective students receive all necessary information before and after demo sessions.
Collect and relay feedback from demo sessions to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Student Handholding & Support
Guide students through the entire enrollment process, including documentation, payment, and onboarding.
Serve as the main point of contact for students from admission through course completion, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Add enrolled students to relevant WhatsApp groups and ensure they receive timely updates and support.
Monitor student engagement and progress, proactively addressing any issues or drop-off risks.
Coordinate with teachers and support staff to ensure a smooth learning experience for each student.
Reporting & Communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, conversions, and student journeys in the CRM.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on lead status, demo attendance, conversion rates, and student satisfaction.
Suggest improvements to communication and handholding processes based on feedback and observed challenges.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in EdTech, sales coordination, or student support is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in WhatsApp, CRM tools (Zoho, Privyr), and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple teams.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in demo management or educational sales support is highly desirable.
