Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Pune. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and helping them make informed real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups to close deals.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable projects and investment options.
Coordinate with builders, developers, and internal teams to provide up-to-date project information.
Negotiate terms and assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in real estate sales or property consulting preferred.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
