Position Overview



Responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales of event bookings and private space rentals. Combines client acquisition with relationship management. Acts as the key point of contact for all sales activities in the assigned city. Works closely with the Head of Sales - Private Hire to achieve revenue targets and maintain brand standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development



Manage and grow sales for private hires, corporate bookings, social events, and F&B-led experiences. Proactively generate new leads through outreach, networking, and market intelligence. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and persuasive selling. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.

Client Engagement



Act as the first point of contact for local clients, agencies, and planners. Host site visits, pitch presentations, and negotiations. Build and sustain relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals.

Operational Coordination



Partner with Events, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams for smooth event execution. Provide clear handovers and stay engaged for high-value or complex events.

Collaboration & Reporting



Align with Head of Sales on targets, forecasts, and strategy. Share market feedback, competitor insights, and new opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications



4-6 years of sales experience in hospitality, events, or premium venues. Proven track record of proactive sales and closing high-value deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Commercial acumen with ability to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Prior experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle clubs is an advantage.

Pay: ₹72,000.00 - ₹93,000.00 per month
