We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Western region. Candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the Western region
2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, and partnerships
4. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
7. Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and analytics
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
2. 8-10 years of progressive sales experience in the building automation, energy management, or IoT industries
3. Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
4. Strong knowledge of AI, IoT, and building management systems
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
