This role is a combination of desk work (lead generation, cold calling, data management) and fieldwork (meeting decision-makers, presenting solutions, closing deals).
Key Responsibilities:
1) Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
2) Connect with decision-makers and present tailored website solutions.
3) Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into successful sales.
4) Schedule and attend client meetings to pitch services and close deals.
5) Open new opportunities for website development across industries.
6) Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and call logs.
7) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
1) Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT, digital marketing, or website development.
2) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
4) Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
5) Comfortable with both desk and field sales.
Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, and custom-coded websites (training will be provided).
