. We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our end-to-end sales cycle and expand our enterprise footprint globally.
Role Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will own the complete sales cycle for
hardware + SaaS solutions
-- from
prospecting, qualification, solution pitching, proposals, negotiations, to closure
. You will act as the trusted advisor for enterprise customers, working closely with internal product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and develop new enterprise leads across industries like mining, logistics, manufacturing, solar farms, and warehousing.
Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, industry events, partnerships, and outbound strategies.
Sales Cycle Management
Manage the complete
end-to-end sales cycle
from first contact to contract closure.
Conduct customer requirement mapping, solution demonstrations, and value-based selling for hardware + SaaS bundles.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and engineering teams.
Lead contract negotiations, RFP responses, and deal structuring.
Customer Engagement
Build strong relationships with CXO-level and decision-making stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement, ensuring clarity on expectations and deliverables.
Understand customer business models and align NxtQube solutions to maximize ROI.
Sales Strategy & Targets
Define and execute regional/sector-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy using CRM tools.
Provide market insights and feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with internal technical teams to customize demos and solution pitches.
Coordinate with operations for proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and customer onboarding.
Mentor junior sales executives and support in scaling the sales function.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience
in sales of
drones, robotics, industrial machines, electronics hardware, or enterprise SaaS solutions
.
Strong track record of
closing enterprise deals
with long and complex sales cycles.
Understanding of enterprise procurement processes, compliance, and contracting.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to engage with CXO/VP-level decision makers and influence large deals.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, demos, and industry events.
Good to Have
Prior experience in
deep tech or drone ecosystem
.
Understanding of recurring revenue models and SaaS subscription business.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for drones, surveillance, or industrial safety.
