Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Work with along the team for goal achievement.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:



Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with high-value clients and investors. Strengthen ties with existing clients, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.

Represent Supremus Angel at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to enhance brand presence.

Team Leadership & Training:



Justify and ensure a high-performing sales team.

Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.

Monitor performance metrics, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement.

Market Analysis & Expansion:



Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Develop insights into investment trends and customer preferences.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:



Education:

MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or investment advisory, preferably in the financial sector.

Strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.

Experience in executing market expansion strategies and business negotiations.

Skills & Competencies:



Sales Leadership: Ability to drive sales growth and lead high-performing teams.

Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse market trends and financial data.
