Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies specific to West Pune projects.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
Guide clients through the property buying process and ensure excellent customer experience.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the region.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to drive sales campaigns.
Ensure timely reporting, sales forecasting, and performance reviews of the team.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA preferred.
5-10 years of experience in
real estate sales
with at least 3 years in a team management role.
Strong knowledge of
West Pune real estate market
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹65,000 - ?1,15,000 per month (based on experience).
