Role Overview

We are looking for a

Sales Manager

to lead sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand BioFrost's presence across retail, distribution, and healthcare channels. We are a Digital First Brand and looking to Expand in to the Retail and Offline Market Spaces. The ideal candidate is driven, target-oriented, and has strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales targets in assigned territory and ensure monthly/quarterly achievement. Manage distributor, retailer, and stockist networks to ensure availability and visibility of BioFrost products. Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapists, doctors, sports professionals, and wellness partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand BioFrost's presence in modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional channels. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sampling activities. Track competitor activity, market trends, and provide actionable insights. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team (if applicable). Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and ensure timely collections.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Goods sector. Strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build long-term partnerships. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Graduate (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).

What We Offer
