Own and drive the full sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals across Pan-India and international markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase revenue, and achieve growth targets in the B2B building materials sector.
Manage and grow key client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Respond to client inquiries and RFQs, providing timely, accurate quotations and solution-based selling that aligns with project requirements.
Maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM and internal tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups for high conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach, from lead generation to after-sales support.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, providing insights and feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Represent Alubond at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Support strategic business initiatives, including channel partner development, regional expansion, and customer experience enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or architectural products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients with a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a performance-driven attitude.
