Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, manage key accounts, and provide exceptional service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Business Development:
Proactively identify and target new business opportunities from corporate clients, groups, and events to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
Sales Negotiation:
Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts, negotiating terms to secure new business and close sales.
Sales & Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
Client Services & Support:
Conduct property tours for prospective clients, assist with event logistics, and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after their stay or event.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track key performance indicators, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and prepare detailed sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Internal Collaboration:
Liaise with other hotel departments, such as catering, reservations, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2-3 Years of Experience of the hospitality industry and market trends.
Proficiency in sales systems, such as IDS & Hotelogix, is often required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve revenue goals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
