Job Description

Sunita Real Estate is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, conducting site visits, showcasing flats, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to bring clients to office for closing deal.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Attend and follow up with client inquiries through calls, messages, and meetings.

2. Conduct property site visits and showcase flats to potential buyers.

3. Explain property details, pricing, and benefits to clients clearly and confidently.

4. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

5. Assist clients in selecting the right property based on their requirements.

6. Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
