Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Sales Executive/ Manager
with
2-6 years of experience in AAC Blocks / Building Materials sales
to drive business growth in the
Mumbai region
. The role requires developing new clients, expanding dealer networks, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of
AAC Blocks
across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane regions.
Identify and acquire
new clients, dealers, and distributors
.
Manage existing dealer/distributor relationships and ensure regular order flow.
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Monitor competitor activities
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations for business development.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution, payments, and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
2-6 years in sales of
AAC Blocks, Building Materials,
Strong dealer/channel sales background with ability to generate new business.
Good network with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers in Mumbai region.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
