Job Summary:
We're looking for Sales Manager to who handled the potential clients, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Update CRM software with client interactions and lead information
- Meet daily calling targets and productivity goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry (training provided)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
