Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand our business in the Western Region (Maharashtra and Gujarat etc.). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in B2B sales, OEM sales, and a strong technical understanding of Hotmelt Adhesive.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for wood glues, edge bands, plywood, and laminates.

2. Identify and establish new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

5. Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

6. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and timely delivery of products.

7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

8. Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and market dynamics to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience of 2 to 8 years in sales roles within the wood products industry, preferably in wood glues, edge bands, plywood, and laminates.

3. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite.

7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

8. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹257,543.06 - ₹1,133,943.63 per year
