Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager

to drive real estate sales remotely from Mumbai while traveling to Valsad on weekends for customer site visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, customer relationship management, and business development. Accommodation and food will be provided in Valsad during weekend visits.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and drive sales remotely from Mumbai, handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and deal closures. Travel to Valsad on weekends for customer visits, property tours, and finalizing deals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, brokers, and investors. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to showcase project features and benefits. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and progress reports.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

3+ years of experience

in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial projects. Proven ability to handle sales remotely and close deals efficiently. Willingness to

travel to Valsad on weekends

(Accommodation & food provided). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
