Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring
high client satisfaction and retention
.
Identify, qualify, and convert
new business leads
to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to design and execute
sales strategies
.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM.
Present and explain product/service benefits to clients, addressing business challenges.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure
timely delivery
of solutions and services.
Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
to explore growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver
sales proposals, client presentations, and product demos
.
Qualifications
Graduates, bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2 to 12 years of proven experience
in inside sales, B2B, account management, or business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the
IT solutions, networking products, or technology industry
is a strong advantage.
