Role Overview



We are looking for a

Sales Manager

with

3+ years of proven experience in subscription-based sales models

. The ideal candidate should be a

strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and target-driven professional

who can lead sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

end-to-end sales cycle

for subscription-based financial solutions. Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build, manage, and expand the

customer base

, ensuring high subscription renewals. Identify new

market opportunities

and lead customer acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with the

marketing team

for lead generation and brand visibility. Monitor

sales metrics, pipeline progress, and customer feedback

for continuous improvement. Lead and mentor a small team of sales executives.

Required Skills & Qualifications



? Minimum

3 years of experience

in subscription-based sales (B2B/B2C).
? Strong background in

Banking, Finance, or IT Sales

.
? Excellent

negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

.
? Proven track record of

achieving and exceeding sales targets

.
? Ability to thrive in a

startup and fast-paced environment

.
