Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve company targets Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with industrial clients Drive lead generation, client meetings, and negotiation of contracts Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Coordinate with purchase ,production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Travel within India for client meetings, exhibitions, or site visits - overseas as and when
. Experience in Zoho CRM preferred

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred, MSc Chemistry with experience will be evaluated Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales At least 2 years of experience in the chemical industry is mandatory Strong understanding of chemical product applications and client requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Should be open to travel within India/ outside India for business development purposes.
